Job description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our growing company. As
the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing HR strategies and
initiatives that align with our business goals and foster a positive work environment. You will be
responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, performance
management, employee relations, and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity to shape the

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in line with organizational goals and
    industry best practices.
  2. Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening,
    interviews, and onboarding.
  3. Manage performance management systems, ensuring clear objectives and regular
    feedback for employees’ development and growth.
  4. Handle employee relations matters, address grievances, and facilitate conflict resolution
    in a fair and timely manner.
  5. Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills
    and knowledge.
  6. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, keeping up to
    date with changes and proactively addressing any risks.
  7. Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking,
    performance-based incentives, and employee wellness initiatives.
  8. Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and
    compliance with data protection regulations.
  9. Implement and promote a positive and inclusive work culture that values diversity and
    fosters employee engagement and well-being.
  10. Stay informed about HR trends, best practices, and emerging technologies,
    recommending innovative approaches to enhance HR processes.
    Qualifications and Skills:
  11. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR
    certifications are a plus.
  12. Proven work experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
  13. In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and labor laws.
  14. Experience in all areas of HR, including recruitment, performance management,
    employee relations, and compliance.
  15. Strong understanding of best practices in talent acquisition, including sourcing strategies
    and assessment methods.
  16. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and
    collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  17. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and hands-
    on approach.
  18. Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple
    priorities and meeting deadlines.
  19. Proficiency in HR software and systems for record-keeping and reporting.
  20. Integrity, confidentiality, and a high level of professionalism in handling sensitive and
    confidential information.
